Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 1, 2022, in Case No. 2019-CA-009995, of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which CYPRESS CREEK OF HILLSBOROUGH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and TERRANCE DARRELL FORREST, JR., and UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https://www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on March 9, 2022, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 27, Block 43, CYPRESS CREEK PHASE 5A, according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 127, Pages 277 through 284, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
