NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 25, 2022 entered by the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in Case No. 22-466-CO in which BCP Management, LLC is the Plaintiff and UNI Trustee Services, LLC, as Trustee of the Kings Highway Unit 4 Land Trust is the Defendant.
The Clerk, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on February 24, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That Certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit Number 4, Building A, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms, and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Willow Brook Condominium, f/k/a Kings Highway Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 6195, Pages 317 through 365 and any amendments thereto and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 89 Pages 101 Through 104 all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
More commonly known as: 2052 Kings Highway, Unit 4, Clearwater, FL 33755
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of the sale shall be published as provided herein.
