Lloyd, Jr., a/k/a Gardner Reed Lloyd, Jr., deceased, File Number 21-013641-ES, by the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court Street Suite 106, Clearwater, Florida 33756; that the decedent's date of death was September 21, 2021; that the total value of the estate is $70,469.65 and that the names and addresses of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are:
