LOT 1, BLOCK B, NEW ENGLAND SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 48, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
