NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 27, 2022 entered in Civil Case No. 36-2021-CA-003389 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court, LINDA DOGGETT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 am on 24 day of February, 2022 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Unit No. 102, Building 3500, The Carriage Homes at Bell Tower Park, a condominium, as per the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4031, Page 981, as amended by Amendment recorded in Official Records Instrument Number 2006000160305, each of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
