NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 27, 2022 and entered in Case No. 2021-CA-004539 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida NICHOLAS FERRANTE, AS TRUSTEE FOR INVESTORS MORTGAGE TRUST DATED AUGUST 5, 2008 is the Plaintiff and 21323 INVESTMENT, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PERSONS are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online instructions at 9:00 A.M. on March 16, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
