NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated January 31, 2022, and entered in Case No. 19-008408-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as certificate trustee on behalf of Bosco Credit II Trust Series 2010-1, is the Plaintiff and David T. Long; Stacey Long; Brandon Long; Kathryne James; State of Florida Agency for Workforce Innovation, Unemployment Compensation Program; Solar Mosaic, Inc.; State of Florida, Department of Revenue; United States of America; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, and through, under, and against the herein named individual defendants who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said to unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; are Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM EST on the 16 day of March, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
