CITY OF DUNEDIN Organizational Structure Review and Salary Study RFP 22-1203
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) PROCEDURES

The City of Dunedin is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (the “Consultant”) with experience in the organization and operations of local government to 1) conduct an organizational and operational review of the Community Development Department, Parks & Recreation Department and the Public Works & Utilities Department, and 2) conduct a comprehensive salary study of all City general employees. The selected Consultant will assist the City by conducting a detailed analysis of the three aforementioned departments, making recommendations on any changes that will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery by the departments. The Consultant will also review the City's current pay plan, conduct a classification and compensation study of all general, non-union positions as well as variable/on demand or seasonal positions, and recommend changes where appropriate, effectively providing the City with resources and expertise to further enhance the current classification and compensation structure. A more detailed description of the requested scope of work can be found under Section C Item 2.4 “Tasks” below.

Sealed Proposals: Responses to this Request for Proposal (please submit one unbound original, five (5) copies and one disc/usb copy) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly identified as:

Proposals are due no later than the date and time noted above. Any proposal received after that date and time will not be accepted. Any individual requiring special assistance must notify the Purchasing Office in writing 48 hours in advance so that arrangements can be made. No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days, from the opening date, without the consent of the City of Dunedin, Florida.
