NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated January 25, 2022, entered in case 17-003734-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE LODGE SERIES III TRUST is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER S. NIESEN; CHRISTINA S. NIESEN; TOWNHOUSES AT BUTTONWOOD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; and UNKNOWN TENANTS, et. al. are the Defendants. KEN BURKE, CPA, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM EST, on March 15, 2022, the following-described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
