NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Re-Established Lost Note entered October 18, 2021 in Case No. 19-003169-CI in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED TRUST SERIES INABS 2006-D, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES INABS 2006-D (“Plaintiff”) and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF J. C. SANDERS; ROSALIND D. SANDERS A/K/A ROSALIND SANDERS N/K/A ROSALIND D. MACON; TAWANA MAYBELL; UNITED STATED OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; BOB'S BARRICADES, INC.; MOBILIZATION FUNDING LLC; TAMARA LOWE A/K/A TAMARA WILLIAMS; LEMUEL SANDERS A/K/A LEMANUEL SANDERS; J.C. SANDERS, III A/K/A J.C. SANDERS; JANICE SANDERS (“Defendants”). Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 1ST day of MARCH 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 101, LAKEWOOD ESTATES SECTION “D”, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
