NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2022, and entered in Case No. 2021 CA 000445 of the Circuit Court of the Seventh Judicial Circuit in and for Flagler County, Florida wherein KATHERINE R. ULRICH, Plaintiff and WHITNEY MARIE SMITH and UNKNOWN SPOUSE are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Kim C. Hammond Justice Center, 1769 E Moody Blvd., Bunnell, FL 32110 at 11:00 A.M. on March 4, 2022, the following described property:
Lot 16, Block 85, Daytona North Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 10, Pages 1 through 15, of the Public Records of Flagler County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
