NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 21, 2022, and entered in Case No. 2021-CC-001927 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein POINTE WEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LINDA A. BROGLE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are Defendants, Paula S. O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 15th day of March 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain condominium parcel described as Unit 46-A, Pointe West Condominium, a Condominium and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto according to the Declaration of Condominium of Pointe West, as recorded in Official Records Book 700, Page 319, and amendments thereto and the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 40, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
