NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the In Rem Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 28th day of January 2022, in Case No.: 2019-CA-000559WS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA8 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA, is the Plaintiff and PETER VROUTOS; STEPHANIE VROUTOS; BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants. Paula S. O'Neil of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 11:00 AM on the 15th day of March 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
