NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 06, 2022 entered in Civil Case No. 2020CA001872CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR LEGACY MORTGAGE ASSET TRUST 2019- GS3 is Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL J. BODYCOTE, THE ESTATE OF LUCIA M. BODYCOTE, DONNA HAMILTON, ROBERT E. BODYCOTE, III, MARY SWIFT, VERNA DONAHUE, and ROBERT E. BODYCOTE, III, AS TRUSTEE OF THE LUCIA BODYCOTE REVOCABLE TRUST DATED SEPTEMBER 6, 2013, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLESS, ESQ., shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pasco County's On-Line Public Auction website: www.pascorealforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on March 08, 2022, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in PASCO County, Florida, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 601, HOLIDAY LAKE ESTATES, UNIT NINE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9 PAGES 132 AND 133 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
