NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 4, 2022 entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-000948 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST VI-A, is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN TRUSTEES OF THE ARLENE D. SHIPPEE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 8, 1989; et al., are the defendant(s).
The Clerk, NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock a.m. on March 15, 2022 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
