NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2021-CA-003530-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, WESTGATE BLUE TREE ORLANDO, LTD, A TEXAS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, Plaintiff, and, RODNEY A COOPER, ETAL., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 10TH day of March, 2022, the following described property:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
