a/k/a 5313 Rabbit Ridge Trail, Orlando, FL 32818 will be sold to the highest and best bidder by electronic sale at: https://www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com/index.cfm at 11:00 a.m. on this 21st day of March, 2022.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
