Notice is hereby given to each of you that an action to foreclose a judgment lien on the above described properties has been filed against you and you are required to serve your written defenses on Plaintiff's attorney, Ruel W. Smith, Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, 100 South Ashley Drive Suite 500, Tampa, FL 33602 and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Charlotte County, 350 E. Marion Avenue, Punta Gorda, FL 33950 on or before 3/9/2022 or otherwise a default judgment will be entered against you for the relief sought in the Complaint. THIS NOTICE will be published four times, once each week for four consecutive weeks in the Charlotte County Business Observer. Dated this 2/3/2022.
