YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you to quiet title pursuant to Section 65.081, Florida Statutes, and as otherwise alleged in the complaint, to the following property(ies) located in Charlotte County, Florida:

Lot 5, Block 36, ROTONDA LAKES, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 8, Pages 22A thru 22Z3, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
