U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR6 (“Plaintiff”) and ELIZABETH SONE A/K/A ANA ELIZABETH SONE; WIDES A. MARTE A/K/A WIDES MARTE, AS AN ACCOMODATION PARTY; ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC.; REAL TIME RESOLUTIONS, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA (“Defendants”).
