NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 21, 2022, in Case No. 2019-CA-004799 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is Plaintiff, and Christian Garcia, Unknown Spouse Of Christian Garcia, Unknown Tenant #1, Unknown Tenant #2, Castle Credit Co Holdings, LLC and Poinciana Village Eight Association, Inc., are Defendants, the Office of Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, Polk County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash wherein bidding begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on www.polk. realforeclose.com, on the 25th day of February, 2022, in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, and pursuant to Administrative Order No 3-15.16, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
