Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the final judgment dated January 24, 2022 in case number 2021CC-001863-0000-00 in the County Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein FOXWOOD LAKE ESTATES PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation, is Plaintiff, and RICHARD J. CASEY, SHERRY Y. CASEY, and CITY OF LAKELAND, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 28th day of February, 2022, the following described real and personal property as set forth in said final judgment, to wit:
