TRACT “C”: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN THENCE NORTH ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID NE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4, A DISTANCE OF 111 FEET TO THE SOUTH SIDE OF A DITCH FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING; RUN THENCE ALONG THE DITCH NORTH 77° 46' EAST, 273.84 FEET THENCE; NORTH, PARALLEL WITH THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID NE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 A DISTANCE OF 192.33 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89° 38' WEST, 269.50 FEET; THENCE SOUTH, ALONG THE WEST BOUNARY OF SAID NE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4, A DISTANCE OF 251.60 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS AND EXCEPT THE WEST 25 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD.
