The administration of the Estate of IRMA COMBEE WALKER, deceased, whose date of death was March 2, 2021, File Number 532021CP001846, is pending in the Circuit Court for Polk County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is P. O. Box 9000, Drawer CC-4, Bartow, Florida, 33831-9000. The names and addresses of the Personal Representative and the Personal Representative's attorney are set forth below.
All creditors of the IRMA COMBEE WALKER and other persons having claims or demands against IRMA COMBEE WALKER's Estate on whom a copy of this notice has been served must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE LATER OF 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE TIME OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
