NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 03, 2022, and entered in 2020CA000359000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and GEORGE HITCHCOCK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE UNDER THAT CERTAIN TRUST UNDER THE DECLARATION OF TRUST DATED JANUARY 20, 1984; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM S. CARSON A/K/A W.S. CARSON, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; JONATHAN C. CARSON; CHRISTIANNE D. CARSON; and WILLIAM S.
