NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on the 18th day of January 2022, in Case No. 2019CA001203AX, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWMBS INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2005-03, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-03, is the Plaintiff and CARL LOEFFLER A/K/A CARL E. LOEFFLER; CARL LOEFFLER A/K/A CARL E. LOEFFLER, AS TRUSTEE OF THE CARL E. LOEFFLER REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST U/T/D AUGUST 21, 2001; MERCEDES V. LOEFFLER, AS TRUSTEE OF THE MERCEDES V. LOEFFLER REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST U/T/D AUGUST 21, 2001; FLAGSHIP NATIONAL BANK N/K/A FIRST FEDERAL OF FLORIDA; BANK OF THE OZARKS, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO, AND ASSIGNEE OF, THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION, AS RECEIVER OF HORIZON BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants. Angelina Colonneso Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 11:00 AM on the 1st day of March 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4 IN BLOCK “A” OF BONAIRE BAYOU ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
