NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2021CA001409AX of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff, and, MADALYN MCCLUNG STOUT, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 15th day of March, 2022, the following described property:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT 32, BUILDING 6, CORTEZ VILLAS CONDOMINIUM II, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF CORTEZ VILLAS CONDOMINIUM II, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 660, PAGES 623 THRU 664 AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 28 AND 29, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
