UNIT 505, PHASE II, THE FAIRWAYS TWO AT PINEBROOK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1266, PAGE 1012, AND ALL EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 173, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Commonly identified as: 4410 Fairways Blvd., Apt. 505, Bradenton, FL 34209
and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, within 30 days after the first publication of this notice on Plaintiff's attorney, Kari L. Martin, whose address is 1401 8th Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida 34205, and to file the original with the Clerk of this Court, at the Manatee County Judicial Center, 1115 Manatee Avenue W., Bradenton, FL 34205, either before service of your defenses on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint of petition.
This notice shall be published one a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
