NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered January 28, 2022 in Case No. 2018CA003569AX, in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (“Plaintiff”) and EDWIN RAMIREZ; ESTEFANIA RAMIREZ; LAKESIDE VILLAGE TOWNHOME CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CARMEL FINANCIAL CORPORATION, INC. (“Defendants”). Angelina M. Colonneso, Clerk of Circuit Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 10TH day of MARCH 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 0806, IN BUILDING 8, OF LAKESIDE VILLAGE TOWNHOME CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2232, PAGE 1192, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. AS AMENDED.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
