U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-KS7 (“Plaintiff”) and DAVID J. BERRY A/K/A DAVID BERRY; KENYA L. BERRY A/K/A KENYA BERRY; UNKNOWN HEIRS OF SYLVIA A. LOT 18, BLOCK A, SECOND ADDITION TO VAMO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA, COUNTY, FLORIDA.
