NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 30, 2019, and entered in Case No. 11-2018-CA-002965-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CITIZENS BANK NA, is Plaintiff and Meghan P. Schimmel a/k/a Meghan Patricia Schimmel; Tuscany Cove Master Property Owners Association, Inc.; et al., are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders for cash in the lobby on the First Floor Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 24th day of February, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BLOCK B, LOT 258, TUSCANY COVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 14, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Property Address: 15149 Cortona Way, Naples, Florida 34120
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
