THIS NOTICE OF ACTION is being served unto the unknown successor TRUSTEE and BENEFICIARIES of the DAVID V. SENFT AND DOROTHY WILSON SENFT REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED 4/23/99 as well as any unknown parties as HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, or OTHER CLAIMANTS by, through, under or against DAVID V. SENFT and/or DOROTHY WILSON SENFT who are now deceased:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to QUIET TITLE OR FOR DECLARATORY RELIEF AND APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR has been filed in The Circuit Court of The Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida regarding the following property:
Unit 387, Building C, Wilderness Country Club X, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Official Record Book 775, Pages 1490 to 1537 inclusive, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, aka 105 Clubhouse Lane, Apt. No. 387, Naples, Collier County, FL 34105, Parcel ID Number 82430400007.
If you are an interested party in the aforementioned action, you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to DEBORAH A. STEWART, ESQ., the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 400 FIFTH AVENUE SOUTH, SUITE 200, NAPLES, FL 34102, on or before April 4, 2022, and file the original with the Clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
