NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 2, 2022, and entered in Case No. 292020CA006723A001HC of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF CSMC 2019-SPL1 TRUST is Plaintiff and ROLAND SCHELB; ELIZABETH ANNE CARPENTER, AS PARENT AND NATURAL GUARDIAN OF SEAN DRAKE KALAT, PATRICK DAKOTA KALAT, AND JACOB DYLAN KALAT, ALL MINORS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROLAND SCHELB N/K/A SHARON SCHELB; MATTHEW RAYMOND MINTEER; LAURA KAY MINTEER; ELIZABETH ANNE CARPENTER F/K/A ELIZABETH ANNE KONRADE; MARC D.
