NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 30, 2022 entered by the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in Case No. 22-CC-5925 in which Blackrock Asset Management LLC is the Plaintiff and UNI Trustee Services, LLC, as Trustee of the 5041 Sunridge Palms Unit 101 Land Trust is the Defendant.
The Clerk, CINDY STUART, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on March 1, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit No. 607, SUNRIDGE OF TAMPA BAY, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 16521, Page 167, as it may be amended of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
