NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of February 2022 and entered in Case No. 21-CA-003611, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE FREDDIE MAC SEASONED LOANS STRUCTURED TRANSACTION TRUST, SERIES 2019-1 is the Plaintiff and SANDRA GLOVER HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III STERLING RANCH MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC STERLING RANCH UNIT 3 HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC CHARLES R. GLOVER; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. CINDY STUART as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 6th day of April 2022 following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
