NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24, 2022, and entered in 19-CA-003764 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and DEBRA A. HERNANDEZ A/K/A DEBRA ANN HERNANDEZ; REGIONS BANK D/B/A AMSOUTH BANK; RHC MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A RHC MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Cindy Stuart as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 02, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
