NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 12th day of November 2021, and in Case 18-CA-002681, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGEIT TRUST 2005-2, is the Plaintiff and BLACK POINT ASSETS, INC, AS TRUSTEE OF THE 13268 EARLY RUN LANE LAND TRUST, UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, CREDITORS, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST BLANK POINT ASSETS, INC, AS TRUSTEE OF THE 13268 EARLY RUN LANE LAND TRUST, STAR POINTE CAPITAL, LLC, AS TRUSTEE OF THE 13268ERL LAND TRUST, UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, CREDITORS, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST STAR POINTE CAPITAL, LLC, AS TRUSTEE OF THE 13268ERL LAND TRUST, JANICE L. RODEFFER, CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, SOUTH POINTE OF TAMPA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A TRACI ROTH-RAGER, and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2 N/K/A ROBERT RAGER, are the Defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 8th day of March 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
