NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24, 2022, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-207 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST D, is the Plaintiff and ERROL JOSHUA; ANNA JOSHUA; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST JOHN BURGESS, DECEASED; NANCY MAXWELL A/K/A NANCY BURGESS; JOHN R.W. BURGESS; MADELINE BURGESS; BLOOMINGDALE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA; CLERK OF COURT, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JOHN DOE; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A JANE DOE, are Defendant(s), Cindy Stuart, HillsboroughCountyClerkofCourts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on March 3, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. on the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
