NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Counts I and II in Favor of Plaintiff, THE GRAND BELLAGIO CONDOMINIUMN ASSOCIATION, INC., and Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale, entered in this action on the 27th day of January, 2022, Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for Pinellas County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on March 2, 2022 at 10:00 A.M., the following described property:
Unit 631 B, The Grand Bellagio at Baywatch Condominium, according to the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Records Book 12663, Page 1378, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share or interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 2717 Via Cipriani, Unit 631B, Clearwater, Florida 33764 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
