NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-000075 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Wachovia Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Banc of America Funding Corporation Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-F, Plaintiff and Thomas Gregory Kelleher are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on March 2, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 4919, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 74, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 111 THROUGH 131, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
