NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered December 15, 2021 in Case No. 19-006990-CI in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION (“Plaintiff”) and THERESA BOVELL A/K/A THERESA S. BOVELL; FTL FINANCE (“Defendants”). Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 3RD day of MARCH 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 53, BONNIE PINES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, PAGE 100 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
