NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULE: The Southwest Florida Water Management District is proposing to amend the following rule(s):
40D-8.041 Minimum Flows
This amendment to Rule 40D-8.041 would establish minimum flows pursuant to Section 373.042, F.S., for the Lower Shell Creek in Charlotte County. Minimum flows and levels are used in the District's permitting and resource management and development programs.
The Notices of Proposed Rulemaking appeared in the Florida Administrative Register, Vol. 48, No. 30, on February 14, 2022. A copy of the proposed rules can be viewed on the District's website at https://www.swfwmd.state.fl.us/business/epermitting/rules/proposed-rule-amendments.
