Final Judgment was awarded on January 24, 2022 in Civil Case No. 2019CA001254000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST I is the Plaintiff, and GARY E. GILLISPIE A/K/A GARY GILLISPIE; SARAH A GILLISPIE; HIGHLAND SQUARE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com on February 28, 2022 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 52, OF HIGHLAND SQUARE PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 120, PAGES 45 AND 46 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
