Mossholder, Sr., Eileen Rauch (tenant-in-possession), Loretta Polk (daughter), Laurie Youngblood (daughter), and any and all tenants-in-possession of the below described real property located at 602 NE 5th Ave, Mulberry, Florida 33860:

East 37.5 feet of Lot 13, less the North 10 feet thereof, CAIN AND FLETCHER'S ADDITION TO MULBERRY, according to the plat thereof recorded in Deed Book 56, Page 1, Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
has been filed and you are required to serve a copy of any claim or written defenses, to Plaintiff's lawyers whose address is 1402 Third Avenue West, Bradenton, FL 34205, thirty (30) days after the first publication date, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
