YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to Quiet Title for Real Property located in Manatee County, Florida has been filed against you in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit of Manatee County, Florida and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on JAMES WM. KOWLES, ESQ., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 2812 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, FL 34205, and file the original with the clerk of this court at P O Box 25400, Bradenton, FL 34206 no laterr than 3/25/2022 either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
