NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2019CA003618AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Caliber Home Loans, Inc. is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs of Beneficiaries of the Estate of Timothy C. Kirkman a/k/a Timothy Charles Kirkman, Deceased; Bayshore on the Lake Condominium Apartments, Phase II, Owners Association, Inc.; Jody Carl Kirkman; Jackie Charles Kirkman; any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, or Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00AM on the 17th day of March, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 105, BUILDING K OF BAYSHORE-ON-THE-LAKE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, PHASE II, SECTION 3, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 993, PAGE 656, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
