NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA - CIVIL ACTION
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on March 3, 2022 at eleven o'clock a.m. held in the Lobby third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Apartment Number 424-B, Naples Bath and Tennis Club, Unit F, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 800 at Pages 1648 through 1693, inclusive of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with all appurtenances to the apartment including the undivided share of common elements and limited common elements reserved for each apartment therein.
Pursuant to the order or final judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is:

Plaintiff, vs.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
