NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, under and pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in favor of Plaintiff entered on the 31st day of January 2022, in that certain cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, being Civil Action No. 2021-CA-001733, in which The Oasis at Naples Condominium Association, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Marc L. Shapiro, as Trustee of the 3266 Arbour Walk Circle Trust, Gulf Atlantic Contracting, LLC and Unknown Person(s) in possession of the subject property are the Defendants, will offer at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, on March 3, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. EST at Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail Est, Third Floor lobby, Naples, FL 34112, the real and personal property situated in Collier County, Florida and legally described as follows:
Property:
Unit 2421, Building 24, The Oasis at Naples, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records book 4107, Page 183, as amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Parcel Identification Number: 64539005868
and commonly known as 2166 Arbour Walk Circle, Unit 2421, Naples, FL 34109.
The Property aforesaid, together with all improvements, buildings, fixtures, tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, is being sold to satisfy Plaintiff's claims under said Judgment.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
