NOTICE is hereby given that Cindy Stuart, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on March 14, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. ET, via the online auction site at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, to wit:
UNIT #114, AT THE TAMPA RACQUET CLUB CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED DECEMBER 8, 1978, IN O.R. BOOK 3450, PAGE 1175, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 27, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH ALL OF THAT PARKING SPACE NUMBERED #12 (TWELVE) OF THE TAMPA RACQUET CLUB, LIMITED, CONDOMINIUM PROJECT, AS DESCRIBED AND ESTABLISHED BY THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3450, AT PAGE(S) 1175, AND AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 27, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid. The Purchaser shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's attorney.
