CEBALLOS; ROSA E. BARRABI A/K/A ROSA BARRABI A/K/A ROSA EMILIA BARRABI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SERGIO R. CEBALLOS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROSA E. BARRABI A/K/A ROSA BARRABI A/K/A ROSA EMILIA BARRABI; BLACK POINT ASSETS II, INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE 7506 COLONIAL COURT LAND TRUST DATED JANUARY 1, 2018; COPPERFIELD TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.
